All firearms and ammo sales are final, we cannot accept returns for refund. If you're having trouble with a new firearm we sold you, we can help arrange warranty work through the manufacturer. Used firearms are sold as is, we perform basic function testing only.
You must first contact us to make arrangements before shipping any firearms to D.O.G.G.
We can only accept firearm transfers from licensed firearm dealers or manufacturers.
Client must possess MD HQL prior to purchasing a regulated firearm.
Clients are responsible to ensure that the purchased firearm can be legally transferred into Maryland. Find links on our resource page to the Handgun Roster and Assault Weapons Ban List. If the firearm received is not legal in MD, the transfer fee and return shipping will be charged.
We are not responsible for the contents of the packages received.
Transfers held for 45 days after receipt will have $5 per day storage fee assessed. Once the storage fees accrued equals the value of the gun, the client will forfeit the firearm and D.O.G.G will sell it to recover the storage fees.
Transfer fees are due when the client starts the paperwork.
A Firearms should always be ordered with MD compliant magazines (10 round max capacity). If the firearm has shipped with magazines of higher capacity, you'll either have to forfeit them or have them blocked to a max capacity of 10 rounds (if possible) at a cost of $15 per magazine.
Custom orders are welcome and must be paid in full at time of order

If the customer's background check is not approved, we can offer to consign the gun at the store (please see the consignment policy)

30% nonrefundable deposit due at the time of purchase.
Remaining balance is split into three equal payments due every two weeks (payment schedule listed on receipt)
If more than two payments are missed the layaway is cancelled and all payments made up to that point are forfeited.
Class fees are due at time of booking.
Classes are non-refundable, if you need to re-schedule you can do so with a minimum of 15 days notice. Rescheduled classes must be taken within one year of original booking.
Consignment Fee is 15% of the sales price or $50 whichever is greater.
If the client chooses to remove the firearms from consignment, a background check will have to be performed before the firearms are returned.
D.O.G.G can terminate the consignment agreement at any time. The firearms will be returned to the customer after the background check is performed.
